We are just plain average every day people who have had good and bad experience's in todays healthcare system.  As a Registered Nurse I have witnessed what poor management and costs saving measures have done to the quality of patient care. We have also been the clients of other home health agencies. We have a disabled son that has had agency assistance his entire life. We went several years searching for the right caregiver.
